These terms apply to your purchase and use of Traffic Hunter AI (the “Software”), including its upgrades, training and updates. By buying or using the Software you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy or use it. “We” and “us” mean Traffic Hunter AI, operated by Alex Krulik.
Traffic Hunter AI is a research tool. It searches public content (such as YouTube video descriptions), finds web links inside it, checks whether the linked domains appear to be available to register, and shows you the results. It does not register domains for you, and it does not guarantee that any domain, traffic or result will be available or valuable.
When you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for the plan and upgrades you bought, for your own business or personal projects. You may not resell, sublicense, share your login, or give others access to the Software, and you may not copy, reverse engineer or extract its code, except where the law says you may.
You agree not to use the Software to break any law, infringe anyone’s rights (including trademarks and copyright), send spam, mislead visitors, or abuse third-party services. If you register a domain you found, you are solely responsible for what you do with it, including the content you put on it and where you send its visitors. You must check availability with your registrar before you buy any domain.
Purchases are made through JVZoo, which acts as the retailer and payment processor. JVZoo’s own terms apply to the payment. Prices are one-time payments unless the offer clearly says otherwise. Optional upgrades are separate purchases and unlock extra features inside the same Software.
If the Software is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase through our support portal, and we will refund the purchase price. The guarantee is meant for customers who genuinely try the Software. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider, because a dispute can delay your refund. A refund ends your licence for the refunded product.
Any examples, figures or stories on our pages illustrate how the Software works. They are not typical or promised results. Whether you find domains, get traffic or earn money depends on your choices, your work and factors outside our control. We make no promise of income or of any specific outcome.
The Software depends on third-party services (for example YouTube, registry and WHOIS/RDAP servers, AI providers, Cloudflare, Telegram, email services and JVZoo). They can change, limit or stop working, and their data can be incomplete or out of date. We are not responsible for them. We work to keep the Software running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may update, change or remove features.
You keep ownership of what you put into the Software, such as your keywords, notes, pages and lists. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Software for you. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you use the Software to collect information from your own visitors or subscribers, you are responsible for telling them and for following the laws that apply to you.
The Software, its design, text, videos and training belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost traffic, lost data or the cost of domains you decide to buy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, abuse the Software or its providers, or dispute a payment without first contacting us. Sections that by nature should survive (such as 7, 11 and 12) continue after your access ends.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
