Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Traffic Hunter AI (“we”, “us”, operated by Alex Krulik) collects when you visit our pages, buy the Software or use it, and what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

• Purchase details. When you buy through JVZoo we receive your name, email address, the product you bought, the amount and a transaction reference. We do not receive or store your card or PayPal details; JVZoo processes the payment.
• Account details. Your email address and a password (stored in protected form) so you can log in.
• What you do in the Software. Your keywords, searches, results, shortlists, notes, watchlists and settings, and, if you use the optional tools, the pages, lists and link rules you create.
• Connections you set up. API keys and tokens you add, such as your YouTube API key, OpenAI key, Cloudflare token, Telegram chat details or email-service keys. We store them only so the Software can act for you.
• Link and visitor statistics. If you use the tracking tool, we record clicks on your links (time, the referring site or video, and basic device information) so we can show you your statistics.
• Support messages. Whatever you send us when you ask for help.
• Technical data. Log data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the Software, create your account and send your login and service emails.
• To run the searches, analyses and alerts you ask for.
• To give support, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and to handle refunds and disputes.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who else is involved

The Software works through other services. Depending on what you use, information needed for the task is sent to them:

• JVZoo (checkout, payment and purchase records).
• Google / YouTube API Services (to search and read public video data). Use of YouTube data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles data under the Google Privacy Policy.
• AI providers such as OpenAI (to build keyword lists and analyse domains), using your own key.
• Domain and history sources such as registry RDAP/WHOIS servers, DNS and the Wayback Machine.
• Cloudflare, Telegram and email services, only if you connect them.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers and email delivery.

These providers have their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies

The Software uses cookies or similar storage that are needed to keep you logged in and remember your settings. Our checkout and any embedded content are run by JVZoo and other providers, who may set their own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the Software may then not work properly.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and usage data while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards for support, legal, tax and dispute reasons. You can ask us to delete your account data (see section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to some uses. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. To make a request, contact us through the support portal from the email address you bought with. We may need to verify who you are first.

8. Your own visitors and subscribers

If you use the Software to collect emails, send visitors through your links or measure clicks, you decide what is collected and why. You are responsible for giving your own visitors and subscribers the notices and choices the law requires. Where we process that information for you, we do so only to provide the Software.

9. International use

Our providers may process information in other countries. By using the Software you understand your information may be transferred to and handled in countries with different data-protection laws than yours.

10. Children

The Software is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will make that clear on our pages or by email.
